Eighteen keys and thirty bedrooms on a 4,280 square metre cliff front at Pecatu. From the operator behind La Calma de Celine.
La Calma is a design-led boutique hospitality brand in Bali, founded and run with an airline pilot's discipline. Our first villa, La Calma de Celine in Uluwatu, reached Airbnb Luxe within about four months of opening and has run near full since, with zero paid marketing. Pecatu is the next chapter of the same brand, the same standards, and the same team.
Inside La Calma de Celine, photographed. One frame from every room.

La Calma Uluwatu is a 4,280 square metre cliff-front development in Desa Pecatu, Kecamatan Kuta Selatan, in the quiet south of the Bukit peninsula. Six private pool villas, every one of them two storeys, plus a twelve room block of four storeys with an open rooftop restaurant on its roof. Eighteen keys and thirty bedrooms in total, alongside a wellness hub with its own infinity pool, a reception hall and a car-free village core. Cars stop at the arrival court by the gate and every villa is then reached on a two metre footpath.

Every villa is two storeys with its own pool, and privacy walls stand between adjacent villas. The twelve room block sits back from the cliff at four storeys and carries an open rooftop restaurant and bar. A wellness hub and its infinity pool hold the west of the site. Cars stop at the arrival court by the gate, and the temple ribbon stays open as a sunset garden.

Each villa sits on its own plot with a private pool and a two metre walking gap on every side. Nothing is stacked and nothing shares a wall. The block holds the twelve rooms over four storeys, three to a floor, every room facing north, with the rooftop restaurant above.
The detailed floor plans are still in development. The renders below show the design language the resort is being drawn to, inside and out.

A 273 m² wellness hub with three therapy rooms, sauna, ice bath, gym and yoga studio, beside a 203 m² infinity pool at the cliff lip facing the sunset.
Open air on the block roof at its highest point, above the villas and open to the view, with the kitchen below.
The sempadan pura ribbon is held open as garden. No structures sit on it, by design and by agreement.
Two metre lanes connect every villa in a single continuous system. Past the gate the site is walked, not driven.
Cars stop in the southern wedge at the arrival court, where the entrance gate meets the Fisik Jalan.
A two storey hall behind the block carries reception and back of house, keeping service off the clifftop and out of the guest lanes.
