Our first villa, La Calma de Celine in Uluwatu, reached Airbnb Luxe within about four months of opening and has run near full since, with zero paid marketing. The resort is the next chapter of the same brand, the same standards, and the same team.

A dedicated special purpose vehicle holds the project, keeping ownership and accountability clean.

Funds are released in stages against construction and commercial milestones, never all at once.
