01The operator

Proven with the first villa, built by the same hands.

La Calma is a design-led boutique hospitality brand in Bali, founded and run with an airline pilot's discipline. Our first villa, La Calma de Celine in Uluwatu, reached Airbnb Luxe within about four months of opening and has run near full since, with zero paid marketing. Pecatu is the next chapter of the same brand, the same standards, and the same team.

Title and permits

SHM freehold today, converting to HGB in the company's name on purchase. Permit-first: zoning use, PBG, SLF, and a licensed survey of the boundary and cliff setback before construction.

SPV governance

A dedicated special purpose vehicle holds the project, keeping ownership and accountability clean.

Milestone-gated capital

Funds are released in stages against construction and commercial milestones, never all at once.

Operator-run

Run by the team already proven at La Calma de Celine, with transparent reporting through build and operations.
