Dinner without the drive

Some evenings on the Bukit are for clifftop restaurants. The best ones, our guests tell us, are the nights they stayed in: the pool lit low, music on, and a private chef plating course after course in the villa's designer kitchen while you do absolutely nothing.

How it works

Give your butler at least two days' notice. Menus lean fresh and local: Jimbaran-style grilled seafood, Indonesian classics done properly, or lighter Mediterranean plates. Dietary needs are handled in advance, the chef shops that day, cooks, serves and leaves the kitchen cleaner than it started.
